RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.

 

MODIFICATIONS

FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the content and services provided through the portal and the way in which they are presented or located on the portal.

 

GENERAL

FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. shall pursue any breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.

 

MAKING A RESERVATION

To make a reservation it is necessary to connect to www.playadorada.es, and fill in the electronic form that appears on the website at all times. You can only make a reservation if you are over 18 years old.

The prices and offers presented on the website are valid only and exclusively for bookings made at www.playadorada.es.

All prices published on our website are inclusive of VAT.

The validation of the booking by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. and its clients. FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. will file the electronic document in which the reservation is formalised.

A deposit of 10% of the total amount of the booking will be required to formalise the booking.

Once the booking has been made and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours of making the booking, the Customer Service Department of FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. will send you an e-mail confirming the booking. If you do not agree with the details given in this confirmation, you may request their modification or the cancellation of the contract.

 

HOW TO MAKE CLAIMS

To make any claim in relation to the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014 you must contact us by email at info@playadorada.es indicating the cause of your claim.

 

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy allows cancellations without penalty up to 7 days before the arrival date.

Any cancellations or changes made during the 6 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the 10% deposit paid at the time of booking.

Cancellations or changes made once the client is in the accommodation or in case of no-show, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

 

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

 The relationship between FUTUR DE CALA MILLOR S.A. and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the corresponding city.
